I am an instructor in the Practical Nurse Program at Lethbridge Community College ranging from $65-300 his stethoscope is excellent for a small price.
When I first tried this stethoscope it was at a conference, which was very noisy, and I had on a very thick sweater. I was quite impressed!

The breath and heart sounds were so clear, despite the environment and the layers I was wearing. I decided to buy one. What was so wonderful was that I could pick and choose the design and color of the stethoscope and even have it engraved. A few of my students tried my stethoscope during clinical and loved it! The one student had just paid $240 for her stethoscope and thought the quality and clarity of my Ultra Scope was much better. I would recommend this stethoscope to anyone in the health care field.
